Join our children's classes at Roots! Our program is designed to provide a safe and fun environment for kids to learn Jiu Jitsu. Not only will they develop self-defense skills, but they will also build confidence, discipline, and teamwork. Classes are tailored for all skill levels, so whether your child is a beginner or has some experience, they will thrive and grow. Free
Open mat is free every Friday night at Roots Jiu Jitsu Hawaii. Join us from 6 PM to 8 PM for an evening of rolling, drilling, and connecting with fellow practitioners at our gym and in our Jiu Jitsu community. All skill levels are welcome so this is a great opportunity to practice and enhance your skills in a relaxed environment. Bring your gear and be ready to train!
